Salary: $70,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:

  • Proficient with Windows operating systems and experience in performing upgrades.
  • Skilled in supporting end users in an Active Directory Domain environment with user permissions.
  • High level of expertise in TCP/IP networking, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware.
  • Understanding of IT protocols such as TCP/UDP, VPN, FTP, SNMP, SMTP, etc.
  • Experience with SonicWall firewalls is essential.
  • Practical knowledge of on-premises IT infrastructures, including servers, networking devices, and firewalls.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in administering Microsoft SQL and Active Directory systems, encompassing the management and troubleshooting of aspects such as:
  • - VMWare and Hyper-V technologies
  • - Application Servers
  • - SQL Servers and SQL Backup
  • - User Accounts
  • - Domain Controllers
  • - Security and Auditing Services
  • - DNS and DHCP Services
  • - RDP Services

  • Experience in a healthcare office or large practice environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., eMDS, ECW) is preferred.
  • Experience with Backup Software (e.g., Veeam, Backblaze).
  • Basic understanding of Azure (AD, VMS, etc.).
  • Competence in Exchange and Office 365 migration, administration, configuration, and support, including SharePoint and Azure.
  • Skills in mobile device management.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • A good sense of humor and professionalism as a team player.
  • Must reside in the Phoenix area and have reliable transportation.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history is required.
  • This position is in-office from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility required for after-hours projects.
  • Participation in the on-call schedule is required.
  • A successful background check is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
  • In this role, I will expect you to:
  • Provide computer and network assistance to various clients through onsite visits, phone support, ticketing systems (ConnectWise Manage and Automate), and remote desktop support (ScreenConnect).
  • Implement and maintain network infrastructure and general maintenance.
  • Assist with project management and planning.
  • Oversee asset management and inventory control.
  • Create and update documentation for system processes and procedures in SharePoint/Password Portal.
  • Administer email support and management, including Office 365 and Google Suites.
  • Manage tasks and projects to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with vendors on behalf of end users and clients.
  • Handle small low-voltage jobs and manage camera system implementation.
  • Serve as an onsite technician when necessary.
