Your Core Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex electro-mechanical faults using manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Execute PMs across facility equipment to drive reliability and performance.
- Independently identify and replace worn or defective components to prevent downtime.
- Follow all safety procedures; model safety-first behavior.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
- Coach Mechanic I team members to achieve shift targets and project deliverables.
- Support other duties and special projects as assigned.
Team Structure
Report to the Maintenance Shift Supervisor and Maintenance Manager, collaborating closely with technicians and skilled trades across the plant.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Mechanic; background in food manufacturing or pharma preferred.
- MA Fireman 2 License and/or Ammonia Operator 1 Certification preferred.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.
- Proven independence and mastery with hand/power tools.
- Working knowledge of cGMP/GMP standards.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time management abilities.
