PureGrid is a nationally based electrical subcontractor specializing in commercial and industrial power and lighting systems. We work with general contractors and clients across diverse industries, including manufacturing, data centers, food & beverage, renewable energy, and advanced technology facilities.
As an Electrician Helper, you will assist our on-site crews in installing and maintaining electrical systems under the supervision of experienced electricians. PureGrid values high-quality workmanship, safety, and collaboration on every project. This role is ideal for early-career electricians looking to gain hands-on experience and advance in the electrical trade.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
+ Assist in basic electrical tasks on-site under direct supervision of a Journeyman or Foreman.
+ Read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings to aid in system layout.
+ Maintain the ARCO required tool list and ensure all tools are properly cared for.
+ Support installation of branch circuits, wiring, conduits, panels, and equipment.
+ Apply knowledge of color codes, conductor gauges, and basic electrical formulas.
+ Follow proper safety procedures and adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
+ Collaborate with foremen, electricians, and other crew members to ensure quality and efficiency.
+ Observe and learn proper installation, testing, and troubleshooting techniques.
**NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Minimum 1 year of electrical experience in a commercial or industrial environment.
+ Current electrical license appropriate for role and state (apprentice or entry-level).
+ Basic understanding of:
+ Blueprint reading
+ Branch circuitry
+ Conductor color codes and gauges
+ National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical formulas
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, lifts, and in various environmental conditions.
+ Must maintain ARCO required tool list and demonstrate safe work habits.
+ Willingness to travel to projects across the country
+ Ability to work 5 days (10-hour days) with flexibility for evenings and Sundays as needed.
+ Valid driver's license.
